Oil Cooler
Usage:
Remove Oil Cooler
1. Remove the oil filter. Disconnect water hose (1).
2. Loosen water hose clamps (2).
3. Remove bolts (4). Loosen bolt (5). Remove three bolts (3).
4. Remove the oil cooler and water bonnet as a unit.
Install Oil Cooler
1. Put the oil cooler and water bonnet in position.
2. Install the three bolts that hold the oil cooler and water bonnet on the engine block.
3. Install the four bolts that connect the oil filter base to the oil cooler.
4. Tighten the clamps on the water hose.
5. Connect the water bonnet hose.
6. Install the oil filter.
