Air Compressor

Usage:

Remove Air Compression

1. Drain the coolant from the cooling system.

2. Remove air inlet line (2). Remove the air outlet line.

3. Disconnect water lines (1) and (3). Disconnect oil line (4). Disconnect oil level gauge bracket (5).

4. Remove the bolts that hold the air compressor to the front plate.

5. Remove the air compressor. Weight is 54 lb. (24.5 kg).

6. Inspect bearing (6) and make a replacement if needed. See WATER PUMP DISASSEMBLE AND ASSEMBLE if replacement is necessary.

Install Air Compressor

1. Put the air compressor in position on the front plate and install the bolts.

2. Connect the oil line. Connect the oil level gauge bracket.

3. Connect the water lines and air lines.

4. Fill the cooling system to the correct level.
