CAT REMAN EXPANDS HYD GEAR & PISTON PUMP & MOTOR OPTIONS
Announcement
Cat Reman announces the release of the following additional Reman pumps & motors to fill in some gaps and expand coverage for Cat? machines. The addition of the Reman option will give dealers another service option to consider when machine downtime is critical or when service shops are full.
Cat Reman products assist dealers with cost-effective repair options and to meet customers? demand for quick repair turnaround. Additional product offerings are under development. Please consult the Caterpillar NPR in SISWEB (https://sis.cat.com) or the Cross Reference link on the Reman Dealer Extranet1 for product coverage and cross-reference.

Parts Availability Commitment
As stated in SELD0122 Policies and Core Management, Caterpillar is committed to lead the industry in overall parts availability and customer service. Caterpillar may fulfill this commitment by using new parts or components to help satisfy demand for Remanufactured Products.
The Antares EZ-21 screen should be used to determine where Reman parts orders CAN be filled with new (seeded). The msg column on the far right side of the screen can be used as the indicator. The messages codes used have the following meaning:
REE ? indicates a Reman equivalent part is available for the New part number
RMN ? indicates the Reman part is set up to "Fill with New" if Reman is not available.
If the field is blank or has any other message, the Reman part is not set up for "fill with new".

Please refer to the Caterpillar? Core Management Information System (CMIS 2) Parts Information application describing all reman part/CAF and related information. Also refer to other CMIS 2 inquiry applications such as Customer Profiles, Inspection Reason Codes, Inspection Line Inquiry, Add Charge Information, Entitlement Activity, Entitlement Inquiry, CCR Inquiry, CCR Entry, Shipment Processing; Process Packaging Grief; and Reporting to properly manage core returns and monitor inspection performance. This information will be available to all dealers worldwide after your CMIS 2 conversion date.
