Usage:
START BY:
a. remove cab rear cover

To prevent possible personal injury, do not remove pressure protection valve (2) until all air pressure has been released from the air system. Open the air drain valves on the right side of the cab to release the pressure. |

1. Open the air drain valves on the right side of the cab to release the air pressure.
2. Disconnect three air hoses (3) and (4) from pressure protection valve (2).
3. Remove two nuts (1) and the pressure protection valve.
NOTE: The following steps are for installation of the pressure protection valve.
4. To install, put pressure protection valve (2) in position, and install two nuts (1). Connect three air hoses (3) and (4).
5. Close the air drain valves.

Disassemble And Assembly Pressure Protection Valve
START BY:
a. remove pressure protection valve
1. Remove cover (1) from body (2).
2. Remove spring (5), valve (4) and stop (3) from body (2). Remove the O-ring seal from valve (4).
NOTE: The following steps are for assembly of the pressure protection valve.
3. Install the O-ring seal on valve (4).
4. Put stop (3), valve (4) and spring (5) in position in body (2). Install cover (1).
