NOTE: This Program can be administered either before or after a failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS8412" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "T" as the SIMS Description Code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Action Required
To ensure that certain assembly-related problems are resolved prior to shipment of the tractors to customers, the attached predelivery checklist has been developed. Use this checklist during the predelivery process and fix any problems found as a result.
Service Claim Allowances
This Program ONLY applies during the time period prior to delivery of the tractor to a customer. File one predelivery claim for the standard 2 hours of labor at your cost rate. File a second claim against this Program for an additional 6 hours of labor at yourcost rate for completing the additional predelivery checklist.
When documenting the problems found during this inspection, itemize them on the standard Predelivery/Revisit Inspection Report (form 01-088991-02 (sample attached)). In addition to entering these problems into SIMS, please mail a copy of the completed Predelivery/Revisit Inspection Report to:
