Frame Articulation And Oscillation Group

Usage:

(1) Put 9S3263 Thread Lock on the threads of the bolts. Torque for bolts ... 660 ± 5 N·m (490 ± 4 lb ft)

(2) Torque for bolts ... 50 ± 5 N·m (37 ± 4 lb ft)

(3) Torque for locknuts ... 45 ± 5 N·m (33 ± 4 lb ft)

(5) Torque for bolts ... 260 ± 5 N·m (190 ± 4 lb ft)

(6) Put 9S3263 Thread Lock on the threads of the bolts. Torque for bolts ... 660 ± 5 N·m (490 ± 4 lb ft)

Hitch Pin Adjustment Procedure

------ WARNING! ------

Make sure the front and rear frames are securely blocked before working on or around the machine.

--------WARNING!------

1. Support the front frame to prevent it from rolling or falling when separated from the rear frame.

2. Place jacks under the rear frame to prevent it from falling after it is separated from the front frame.

3. Loosen bolts (1) and separate the front and rear frames.

4. Loosen two locknuts (3). Tighten two adjusting screws (4) until hitch pin just rotates by hand. Lock adjusting screws (4) in position with locknuts (3).

5. Connect the front and rear frames again.
