(1) Put hydraulic oil on the rod end threads. Torque for piston nut ... 70 ± 5 N·m (50 ± 4 lb ft)

(2) Bore of cylinder (new) ... 69.93 to 69.96 mm (2.753 to 2.754 in)

Cylinder stroke ... 275.0 mm (10.83 in)

(3) Bore of head (new) ... 24.010 to 24.021 mm (.9453 to .9457 in)

Diameter of rod (new) ... 23.947 to 23.980 mm (.9428 to .9441 in)

(4) Put hydraulic oil on the rod end threads. Torque for bearing end ... 70 ± 5 N·m (50 ± 4 lb ft)

(5) Diameter of bearing after assembly ... 29.991 to 30.012 mm (1.1807 to 1.1816 in)

(6) Put hydraulic oil on the tie rod threads. Torque for nuts ... 30 ± 5 N·m (22 ± 4 lb ft)

(7) Diameter of bearing after assembly ... 29.991 to 30.012 mm (1.1807 to 1.1816 in)

(1) Put 9S3263 Thread Lock on the surfaces between the rod and piston and also on the rod end threads. Torque for piston nut ... 40 ± 5 N·m (30 ± 4 lb ft)

(2) Bore of cylinder (new) ... 70.000 to 70.021 mm (2.7559 to 2.7567 in)

Cylinder stroke ... 276.0 mm (10.87 in)

(3) Bore of head (new) ... 25.000 to 25.021 mm (.9843 to .9851 in)

Diameter of rod (new) ... 24.960 to 24.980 mm (.9827 to .9835 in)

(4) Put hydraulic oil on the rod end threads. Torque for bearing end ... 10 ± 2 N·m (7 ± 1 lb ft)

(5) Diameter of bearing after assembly ... 29.990 to 30.000 mm (1.1807 to 1.1811 in)

(6) Put hydraulic oil on the tie rod threads. Torque for nuts ... 50 ± 5 N·m (37 ± 4 lb ft)

(7) Diameter of bearing after assembly ... 29.990 to 30.000 mm (1.1807 to 1.1811 in)
