Usage:
(1) Torque for plug (not shown) ... 25 ± 10 N·m (18.5 ± 7.4 lb ft)
(2) Apply 9S3263 Thread Lock to the bolt threads
(3) Torque for nut ... 200 ± 40 N·m (148 ± 30 lb ft)
(4) Use 4C5300 Gasket Maker as required.
(5) Torque for pipe plug ... 90 N·m (65 lb ft)
(6) Dimension of weight shaft to bearing end play ... 1.91 ± .64 mm (.075 ± .025 in)
(7) Torque for nut ... 200 ± 15 N·m (148 ± 11 lb ft)
(8) Torque bolt to ... 88 ± 10 N·m (65 ± 7 lb ft)
(9) Torque bolt to ... 88 ± 10 N·m (65 ± 7 lb ft)
(10) Dimension A ... 56.6 to 60.2 mm (2.23 to 2.37 in)
A (minimum) = 55.8 mm (2.20 in) + eccentric shaft end play. A (maximum) = 60.2 mm (2.37 in)
Measure "A" with eccentric shaft and coupling pushed in as far as possible.

(12) Torque for two plugs ... 60 ± 10 N·m (44 ± 7 lb ft)
(13) Torque for pipe plug ... 90 ± 20 N·m (65 ± 15 lb ft)
(14) Torque for pipe plugs ... 90 ± 20 N·m (65 ± 15 lb ft)
NOTE: With the fill plug port almost at the 12 o'clock position and the indicator tab on the drum shell at six o'clock. Fill the drum with oil until it flows out of check plug at the seven o'clock position. [approx. 47 liter/min (12 U.S. gpm)]
(15) Apply 9S3263 Thread Lock to the plug threads and torque to ... 110 ± 20 N·m (80 ± 15 lb ft)
(16) Torque for bolt ... 30 ± 7 N·m (22 ± 5 lb ft)
(17) Torque for nut ... 270 ± 40 N·m (200 ± 30 lb ft)
Vibration Frequency Sensor Adjustment
NOTE: Sensor adjustment must be made with the motor installed.
1. Loosen the locknut and turn vibration frequency sensor (1) until contact is made with sprocket (2), and back out one turn. Dimension (A), the clearance between the sprocket and sensor, must be 1.5 mm (.06 in).
