Use Correct Valves When Rebuilding Engines

Usage:

All 3300 Series Diesel Engines

It is important that the correct valves are used when rebuilding the above diesel engines. Use of the wrong valves for the engine application or engine power rating can cause an early failure.

Valves used in the turbocharged version of the above engines can be used in the naturally aspirated version. However, valves used in the naturally aspirated version cannot be used in turbocharged engines.

Refer to the chart for the correct valves to use when rebuilding the engine versions shown.

If there is any question about engine application, power rating or history of engine valve problems, use the valves designed for turbocharged and turbocharged and aftercooled engines.
