Water Pump - Remove and Install

Usage:

C7.1 JEZ

Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

  2. Loosen hose clamp (4), remove bolts (1), and bolts (2).

  3. Remove water pump (3) and the gasket.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install water pump (3) in the reverse order of removal.
