Catalyst - Remove and Install
- Use hand tools to disconnect strap assemblies (1). Use two people to remove catalyst (2). The weight of catalyst (2) is approximately
41 kg (90 lb) .

Note: Do not use power tools to disconnect strap assemblies (1).
- Install catalyst (2) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten clamp assemblies (1) to a torque of
15 ± 3 N·m (133 ± 27 lb in) .
- Tighten clamp assemblies (1) to a torque of
