Oil Temperature Is High

Usage:

C7.1 GJN
Gunakan prosedur ini untuk melakukan pemecahan masalah temperatur oli yang tinggi.

Apabila engine dimatikan karena temperatur oli engine tinggi, daya ke Modul Kontrol Elektronik (ECM, Electronic Control Module) engine harus disikluskan untuk menyalakan kembali engine.

  • Kode.

  • Temperatur cairan pendingin

  • Tingkat oli

  • Oil cooler

1. Periksa Terhadap Kode

A. Sambungkan Cat® Electronic Technician (ET) ke konektor peralatan servis.

B. Cari kode aktif yang terkait dengan sistem untuk kode kejadian.
 

Kode.
 

Hasil: Kode yang terkait aktif.

Perbaikan: Pecahkan masalah apa pun terkait kode sebelum melanjutkan pengujian ini.

Hasil: Kode aktif atau tercatat.

Lanjutkan ke Langkah Pengujian 2.
 

2. Periksa Temperatur Cairan Pendingin Engine
 

Temperatur
 

Hasil: Temperatur cairan pendingin OK.

Lanjutkan ke Langkah Pengujian 3.

Hasil: Temperatur cairan pendingin TIDAK OK.

Perbaikan: Lihat Pemecahan Masalah, "Temperatur Cairan Pendingin Tinggi" untuk informasi tambahan.

Jika masalah belum teratasi, lanjutkan ke Langkah Pengujian 3.
 

3. Periksa Tingkat Oli Engine
 

Tingkat Oli
 

Hasil: Tingkat oli OK.

Lanjutkan ke Langkah Pengujian 4.

Hasil: Tingkat oli TIDAK OK.

Perbaikan: Tambahkan oli dan perbaiki kebocoran.

Jika masalah belum teratasi, lanjutkan ke Langkah Pengujian 4.
 

4. Periksa Adanya Kerusakan dan/atau Penyumbatan di Inti Oil Cooler Engine
 

Oil Cooler
 

Hasil: Inti oil cooler TIDAK OK.

Perbaikan: Bersihkan atau ganti inti oil cooler.

Verifikasikan bahwa reparasi menyelesaikan masalah.
