Description of Change: The new improved oil filter housing cover is made from a different material which increases the life of the component.
Adaptable To: The 453-0861 Cover is a direct replacement for the present 396-4412 Cover .
The new 453-0861 Cover is adaptable back to the first production of the listed engines. The change is effective at the factory with the engine serial numbers that are listed in Table 1.
