当故障诊断和排除步骤指出需要"修理或更换线束"时,请使用正在维修的机器的电气系统示意图来追查电路。 执行线束接头的导通性检查,确定线束故障位置。 务必检查部件接头上的接地电路。 接头的接地触点与机架接地之间的电阻应小于 5 Ω。 ECM 电源电路在接地接头触点与机架接地之间的电阻应小于 2 欧姆。 为确保正常工作,信号电路的电阻应小于 5 欧姆。 大于 5 欧姆的过大接地电阻会导致故障诊断发生错误。
故障诊断和排除过程中,在更换任何部件之前应先检查所有连接。 如果这些连接不清洁、不牢固,则可能会导致永久性电气故障或间歇性电气故障。 检查并确认已将导线完全推入接头中。 在进行其它测试之前,确保所有连接牢固。
一个电气部件的故障可能会导致其他部件出现故障。 同样,一个电气部件的故障可能是由其他部件的故障引起的。 在更换部件之前,务必先尝试排除电气系统故障的原因。
