Additional Parts Required For Remanufactured Short Block

3406 (92U) Engines
Description of Change: Additional parts are required when using the 0R0715 Short Block.
Adaptable To:
Additional parts are required on 3406 Truck Engines (92U1-5943).
These early engines provided the oil supply for the rocker arms through the head bolt holes while later engines and the 0R0715 Short Block have separate oil supply passages for the rocker arms.
The additional parts required are: head gasket, cylinder head and rocker arm brackets.
