发动机的意外启动会对在设备上工作的人员造成伤害或死亡。 为避免发动机意外启动，将蓄电池负极（-）端子上的蓄电池电缆拆下。 将所有拆下的蓄电池电缆末端的金属表面用胶布完全粘住，以防止其与其它的金属表面接触而激活发动机的电子系统。 在启动/停止开关的位置上放置“不要操作”的标签，以通知他人该设备正在维修之中。 |
- 将蓄电池断路开关转到断开位置。
- 断开蓄电池。
- 将螺栓 (2) 和垫圈从支架组件 (1) 上拆下。

- 打开支架组件 (1) 。
- 将电缆组件 (3) 和线束组件 (4) 从电动起动马达 (5) 上断开。

- 拆下螺栓 (7) 并将接头放到一边。

- 拆下螺栓 (6) 和托架 (8) 。
- 将适当的起吊设备固定在电起动马达 (5) 上。 拆下将电动起动马达 (5) 固定到飞轮壳的螺栓 (9) 。 拆下电子起动马达 (5) 。 电起动马达 (5) 的重量约为 36 kg (80 lb)。

- 对其余的电动起动马达重复步骤 5 和 8。

- 将适当的起吊设备固定在电起动马达 (5) 上。 电起动马达 (5) 的重量约为 36 kg (80 lb)。 将电动起动马达 (5) 安装到飞轮壳上。 安装螺栓 (9) 。

- 将电缆组件 (3) 和线束组件 (4) 连接到电动起动马达 (5) 上。

- 拧紧线束组件 (3) 至扭矩为 31 ± 3 N·m (23 ± 2 lb ft)。
- 将线束组件 (4) 拧紧至扭矩为 2.25 ± 0.25 N·m (19.9 ± 2.2 lb in)。
- 对其余的电动起动马达重复步骤 1 和 2。
- 安装支架 (8) 和螺栓 (6) 。

- 重新连接蓄电池。
- 将蓄电池断路开关转到接通位置。
