CX48-P2300 石油变速箱配备有在寒冷环境下利用变矩器失速来预热变速箱和发动机的功能。 变矩器失速会增加发动机负载,并使变矩器产生热量。 加热后的变矩器油通过变速箱油冷却器将热量传递给发动机冷却液。 待机油返回变速箱后,还将热量传递给油池中的机油。

对于使用 J1939 换档器的应用,可能需要切换至 "2R" 以启用此功能。 对于使用接地式换档器开关的应用,需切换至停车档以启用此功能。 该开关将使变速箱的失速启用电路接地,或将 ECM 销 J1-64(用户接头销 40)接地。 当符合所有以下条件时,变速箱 ECM 将接合失速:

  • 变速箱油温低于 87° C (189° F)。

  • 变矩器油温低于 110° C (230° F)。

  • 发动机转速低于 1000 rpm 但高于 500 rpm。

出现以下情况之一时,变速箱将自动从失速切换至停车档:

  • 如果变速箱油温超过 93° C (200° F)。

  • 如果变矩器油温超过 120° C (248° F)。

  • 发动机转速超过 1300 rpm。

当变速箱处于停车档时,如果发动机转速超过 1000 rpm,则将记录"变速箱误用警告事件"。 选择失速模式后,变速箱将根据上述条件自动在失速和停车档之间循环切换。 切换至失速的最大循环速率限制为每 60 秒(定时器)一次。 当变速箱油变冷或转速下降时,一旦符合条件,用于变速箱预热的变矩器失速模式将会自动启用。

以下激活的电气故障将停用失速,转而迫使变速箱切换至停车档。

  • 激活的 ECPC 电磁阀诊断故障

  • 激活的锁止离合器电磁阀对蓄电池短路诊断故障

  • 变矩器油温传感器故障

  • 发动机转速传感器故障

在失速模式下,如果变速箱输出转速超过 50 rpm,则变速箱将执行以下动作:

  • 切换至停车档

  • 在 Cat 电子技师中记录 718-14 变速箱系统专门说明书诊断代码。

  • 点亮黄色警告灯并在 J1939 DM2(诊断消息 2)上广播琥珀色警告灯状态
