- 清洁喷射器总成 (16) 的法兰，然后将新密封垫安装到定位孔上。 定位喷射器总成 (16) 然后安装螺栓。
注: 拆解步骤中记下喷射器的方位。

- 将工具 (A) 涂覆到温度传感器 (17) 上。 安装温度传感器 (17) 。
- 将温度传感器总成 (17) 拧紧至扭矩为 45 ± 5 N·m (33 ± 4 lb ft)。 连接线束组件 (15) 。
- 安装绝缘体组件 (20) 。 连接空气和柴油机排气处理液（DEF）管路 (18) 和 (19) 。
- 将板 (13) 安装到电气外壳总成上。

- 将流体约束板 (14) 安装到电气外壳总成上。
- 将工具 (A) 涂抹到 NOx 传感器总成 (12) 和 NOx 传感器总成 (11) 的螺纹上。 安装 NOx 传感器总成 (12) 和 NOx 传感器总成 (11) 。 将 NOx 传感器总成 (12) 和 NOx 传感器总成 (11) 拧紧至扭矩为 50 ± 10 N·m (37 ± 7 lb ft)，然后安装盖板。 对另一侧重复上述步骤。
注: 只将工具 (A) 涂抹到 NOx 传感器探头的螺纹上，确保没有防咬合剂接触到陶瓷传感器芯。 组装期间，若将防咬合剂涂抹到安装凸台螺纹上，则将会导致陶瓷传感器芯故障。

- 连接压力传感器总成 (10) 的管组件 (9a) 、 (9b) 和 (9c) 。 连接压力传感器总成 (10) 的右侧管组件。
注: 检查有无任何未对准，然后安装拆解步骤记下的 (9a) 的卡子。
- 将线束组件连接到压力传感器总成 (10) 上。
- 安装盖总成 (8) 、新密封垫和螺栓。 对另一侧重复上述步骤。

- 拧紧束带组件 (5) 至扭矩为 10 ± 1.0 N·m (89 ± 9 lb in)。
