Generator Output Power Sensor - Set

Usage:

G3520E FZJ
发动机控制系统必须收到表明发电机功率输出的精确信号。 当发电机停机时,信号必须低于 0.01 VDC。 当发电机停机时,偏移电压是信号电压水平。

可通过向电路添加电阻来降低高于 0.01VDC 的偏移电压。

  1. 识别导线的配置。

    1. 从发动机上拆下电源。

    1. 仔细检查发电机输出功率传感器与主电子控制模块 (ECM) 之间的导线。 确定是否已将电位计连接到导线上。 必须将电位计连接到导线上才能执行本步骤。 如果安装有电位计,则转至下一个测试步骤。 否则,执行以下步骤来安装电位计:

      电位计必须具有下列特性:

      • 5000 欧姆

      • 线性电阻分布特性

      • 10 转

      电位计的额定功率并不重要。 122-9457 电位计 满足这些技术规格。

    1. 将游标接线端连接到端部接线端上。 用一根 16 线规导线进行连接。

    1. 参考图 1。 将电位计连接到导线上。 用一根 16 线规导线进行连接。 可以将电位计连接到发电机输出功率传感器的正极接线端或负极接线端上。

  1. 将电位计调整到最小值。

    1. 断开用于电位计连接到电路上的一根导线。

    1. 将欧姆表连接到电位计每端的接线端上。

    1. 调整电位计,制造横跨接线端的最小电阻。

    1. 重新将导线连接到电路上。

  1. 调整电位计。

    1. 7X-1710 万用表表笔 插入主 ECM 的下述端子:

      • P1-19

      • P1-25

    1. 将数字电压表连接到表笔上。 连接的极性不重要。

    1. 恢复发动机的供电。 将发动机控制置于停机模式。

    1. 确认表笔与接头内的接线端保持良好接触状态。 测量接线端上的直流电压。

    1. 当测量接线端上的电压时,缓慢调整电位计。 当增加电阻时,电压读数将减小。 当电压读数在 ±0.00 VDC 和 ±0.01 VDC 之间时,调整是正确的。 0 VDC 读数是理想的。

    1. 从接头上拆下万用表和表笔。

    1. 调整 "Power Monitoring"(功率监测)参数。 请参考系统操作/测试和调整, "电子控制系统参数"。
