Note: Lubricate the gear pump group with clean oil before you operate. The gear pump group must rotate freely by using your hand.

(1) Section for transmission lubrication

Rotation ... Counterclockwise
Test speed ... 1800 rpm
Test pressure ... 480 kPa (70 psi)
Minimum flow ... 566.0 L/min (149.5 US gpm)

(2) Section for torque converter charging

Rotation ... Counterclockwise
Test speed ... 1800 rpm
Test pressure ... 930 kPa (135 psi)
Minimum flow ... 584.0 L/min (154.3 US gpm)

(B) Diameter of the new shaft of the gear ... 50.795 ± 0.005 mm (1.9998 ± 0.0002 inch)

Note: Make sure that the gear (3) slides freely on two woodruff keys (4).
