The Cat switchgear utilizes the Concept version 2.6 Service Release 3 software.
If Concept M version 2.6 Service Release 5 software is used, the program will display the "NOT EQUAL" message.
Resolution
Remove the Concept M version 2.6 Service Release 5 software from the laptop computer. Load the Concept M version 2.6 Service Release 3 by using attachment 1. Load the Concept M version 2.6 Service Release 3 to the Programmable Logic Control (PLC).
