    (6) Track block

  1. Place track block (6) in sprocket (5) in order to block forward left travel. Refer to Illustration 2.

  1. Start the engine.

  1. Place the machine controls at the following settings: engine speed dial "10" and AEC switch OFF.

    (7) Locknut

    (8) Adjustment screw

  1. Slowly move the left travel control lever to full FORWARD position and check the pressure gauge reading at fitting (2). The pressure setting of sequence valve (4) should be 2500 kPa (365 psi).

  1. Return the left travel control lever to the NEUTRAL position.

  1. In order to adjust sequence valve (4), loosen locknut (7), and turn adjustment screw (8) until the pressure gauge reading at fitting (2) is 2500 kPa (365 psi).

Note: Turn adjustment screw (8) clockwise in order to increase the pressure. Turn adjustment screw (8) counterclockwise in order to decrease the pressure.

Note: Always make final pressure adjustment on pressure rise.

  1. Tighten locknut (7) and reinstall cap (3) .

  1. Stop the engine.

  1. Remove the pressure gauge and test fitting from line (1) .

  1. Remove the cap from fitting (2) .

  1. Reinstall line (1) onto fitting (2) .

Note: In order to adjust the sequence valve on the right travel motor, place stopper (6) in the sprocket for right travel. Use the pressure gauge at fitting (2) on the right travel motor in order to monitor the pressure setting of the sequence valve for the right travel motor. Adjust the sequence valve on the right travel motor in the same manner as the adjustment for the left travel motor.
