Inlet Air Temperature Sensor - Remove and Install

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Disconnect harness assembly (1) from inlet air temperature sensor (2).
- Remove inlet air temperature sensor (2). Remove the O-ring seal from inlet air temperature sensor (2).

- Install the O-ring seal onto inlet air temperature sensor (2).
- Install inlet air temperature sensor (2). Tighten inlet air temperature sensor (2) to a torque of
20 ± 3 N·m (15 ± 2 lb ft) . - Connect harness assembly (1) onto inlet air temperature sensor (2).

Note: Check the O-ring seal for wear or for damage. If necessary, replace the O-ring seal.
