Radiator Core - Remove and Install

Usage:

Removal Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the cooling package.

  1. Remove bolts (1) and cover (2).

  2. Remove bolts (3) and bracket assembly (4).

  3. Remove shroud assembly (5).

  4. Remove bolts (6).

  5. Use two people to remove radiator assembly (7). The weight of radiator assembly (7) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb). Remove radiator assembly (7).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install radiator assembly (7) in the reverse order of the removal.
