Navigate to Application Profiles (No Operator ID)

The Application Profiles feature allows a machine owner to create 19 sets of operating parameters which are suited for typical machine operation. At key ON, the display will load the last application profile that was loaded prior to key OFF. Each operator has access to all the profiles.

  1. Navigate to Application Profiles menu.

    1. Press the information button in the right banner of the Main Display Screen to navigate to the Main Menu.

    2. From the Main Menu, scroll to the Operator menu selection using the down arrow key and click OK in the right banner.

    3. From the Machine Setting menu, scroll to the Application Profiles selection and click OK in the right banner.

The following Settings are available to the user to be configured for each application profile. Settings for the Factory Default profile are listed in the table below. The Factory Default Profile cannot be deleted or edited.

  1. Select Application Profile.

    1. Scroll to the Select Profile selection in the Operator menu and Click the OK button.

    2. Scroll to select the preferred application profile and Click the OK button. The programmed parameters associated with the selected operator profile will be displayed.

    3. Click the OK button if the displayed operating parameters are specified to suit your application. "Applying Settings" will be displayed until the settings are loaded.

      Note: If the profile fails to load within 30 seconds, the screen returns to "Select Profile" in the Operator Menu.

Save Profile

  1. Save Profile

    1. Navigate to "Save Profile" selection in the Operator menu and Click the OK button. The Save Profile menu will display all current Machine Settings. If settings are suitable, click the OK button to advance to the "Save To" menu.

    2. The "Save To" menu allows for two options: "Create New" profile and Overwrite existing profile.

Overwrite Existing Profile

  1. Overwrite Existing Profile.

    1. Scroll to desired profile name and click the OK button to bring up the "Save To" menu.

    2. Scroll to the profile name you wish to overwrite. Click the OK button to advance to the "Save Profile"Menu.

    3. Click the OK button to verify that you want current machine settings to overwrite the selected profile.

Create New Profile

  1. Create New Profile

    1. Scroll to the "Create New" selection and Click the OK button. The "Enter Name" screen will appear.

    2. Use Arrow Keys to scroll to each letter of the profile name and click the OK button for each consecutive letter.

    3. When the name is complete, select the right arrow icon (1) in the lower right corner of the screen to complete the profile name entry. This will direct the user back to the Operator menu.
