1. 检查代码

A. 连接 Cat® 电子技师 (ET) 与维修工具接头。

B。 查找与事件代码系统相关的现行代码。

修理:在继续进行此测试前,诊断并排除所有相关代码。

结果:代码激活或被记录。

转至测试步骤 2。
 

2. 检查负载有无过大

A. 确保不存在过大负载。 如有必要,分离从动设备,然后再测试发动机。
 

负载过大
 

结果:发动机上没有过大负载。

转至测试步骤 3。

结果:发动机上有过大负载。

修理:排除过大负载的原因。

如果故障未得到排除,则转至测试步骤 3。 

3. 检查供油

A. 确保在稳定、充足的压力下供应燃料。 确保燃料管路的尺寸足够。 检查燃料系统有无泄漏。

下列状况能引起发动机故障:

- 燃油压力低
- 燃油压力高
- 燃油质量不良

B。 确保燃料压力正确。 如有可能,询问操作员以便确定燃料质量是否有问题。 试着确定燃料改变的原因。

检查燃油系统部件:

- 燃油滤清器
- 燃气压力调节器
- 燃气切断阀
- 燃油计量阀
 

燃油
 

结果:供油正常。

继续测试步骤 4。

结果:确定故障部件。

修理:修理或更换有故障的部件。

如果故障未得到排除,则转至测试步骤 4。 

4. 检查点火系统

A. 确保下列部件使用了最新零件:

- 变压器
- 延长杆
- 火花塞

检查点火系统有无以下情况:

1. 检查点火变压器和延长杆之间的连接。 连接松动可能导致电弧放电和缺火。

2. 检查延长杆和火花塞之间的连接有无连接松动或由电弧放电导致的针孔。 这两种情况都可能导致缺火。

3. 检查延长杆的弹簧上有无磨损。 磨损可能会导致穿过延长杆发生电弧放电。

4. 检查火花塞接线端有无腐蚀,检查电极有无磨损。 这两种情况都可能导致缺火。
湿气过大会导致缺火。
按照发动机操作和保养手册中的说明保养火花塞。

修理:修理或更换有故障的部件。
