1. 交流发动机传动带的状况

A. 检查交流发动机传动带的状况。

B. 检查传动带张力。 如果发动机配备传动带自动张紧装置,则检查传动带自动张紧装置。

过大的皮带张力可能会导致交流发电机损坏。
 

传动带 

结果:交流发电机驱动皮带处理良好状态且皮带张力正确。

转至测试步骤 2。

结果:交流发电机驱动皮带未处于良好状态且皮带张力不当。

修理:如果交流发电机传动带磨损或损坏,则更换传动带。 参考拆解和装配以了解正确步骤。

如有必要,更换传动带自动张紧装置。 参考拆解和装配以了解正确步骤。
 

2. 交流发电机安装支架

A. 检查交流发电机安装支架有无裂纹和变形。 

交流发电机安装支架 

结果:交流发电机安装支架开裂和变形。

修理或更换安装支架。

注:修理/更换将确保交流发电机传动带和交流发电机传动皮带轮对准。

结果:交流发电机安装支架正常。

转至测试步骤 3。
 

3. 交流发电机传动皮带轮的状况

A. 检查交流发电机传动皮带轮的状况。 检查皮带轮中有无驱动皮带磨损造成的深槽。 检查并确认皮带轮螺母没有松动。
 

交流发电机驱动皮带轮 

结果:交流发电机驱动皮带轮发生过度磨损。

修理:更换皮带轮。

结果:交流发电机驱动皮带轮螺母松动。

修理:拧紧螺母。

结果:交流发电机驱动皮带轮未发生过度磨损。

继续测试步骤 4。
 

4. 交流发电机轴承的磨损

A. 检查交流发电机轴承有无磨损迹象。
 

交流发电机轴承 

结果:交流发电机轴承正常。

继续测试步骤 5。


结果:交流发电机轴承异常。

修理:根据需要,修理或更换交流发电机。 参考拆解和装配以了解正确步骤。
 

5. 交流发电机或调节器的工作状况

A. 确认交流发电机或电压调节器工作正常。 有关正确的测试程序,请参阅专门说明书, REHS0354, "充电系统故障诊断和排除"。
 

调节器和交流发电机 

结果:调节器和交流发电机正常工作。

转至测试步骤 6。

结果:调节器和交流发电机不正常工作。

修理:根据需要修理或更换交流发电机和调节器。 参考拆解和装配以了解正确步骤。
 

6. 检查充电电路

A. 检查蓄电池电缆、配线和充电电路中的连接。
 

充电电路 

结果:充电电路工作不正常。

修理:清洁并紧固所有连接。 更换所有存在故障的零件。

结果:充电电路工作正常。
