Fan Drive Mounting Group - Remove and Install

Usage:

C9 C9S

Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the battery cables from the battery. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery or Battery Cables - Disconnect".

  1. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Replace".

    Note: Do not remove the tube assemblies from refrigerant compressor (1) .

  1. Remove the refrigerant compressor (1) and position the refrigerant compressor (1) aside.

  1. Remove alternator (2) .

  1. Remove bolt (3) .

  1. Remove bolts (4) and remove mount (5) .

Installation Procedure

  1. Position mount (5) and install bolts (4) .

  1. Install bolt (3) .

  1. Install alternator (2) and install refrigerant compressor (1) .

  1. Connect the battery cables to the battery. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery or Battery Cables - Connect".
