1. Install all O-ring seals and body (73), body (72), cover (71), and bolts (70). Tighten bolts (70) to a torque of 105 ± 10 N·m (77 ± 7 lb ft).

3. Install O-ring seals (66), valve (65), washer (64), spring (63), plate (62), O-ring (61), retainer (60), washer (59), and nut (58).

4. Install valve (57).

5. Install spring (56), valve (55), valve (54), bolt (53). Install the O-ring seals and plug (52), spring (51), and washers (50). Tighten bolt (53) to a torque of 34 ± 3 N·m (25 ± 2 lb ft).

6. Install the backup rings, the O-ring seals and block (49). Install the O-ring seals and seat (48), valve (47), spring (46), washers (45), retainer (44), washer (43), and nut (42). Tighten nut (42) to a torque of 35 ± 5 N·m (26 ± 4 lb ft).

7. Install valve (41).

8. Install the O-ring seals and block (34), retainer (35), spring (36), thick shims (37), shims (38), retainer (39), and screw (40). Tighten screw (41) to a torque of 20 ± 3 N·m (177 ± 27 lb in)

   Note: Use as required to obtain an 89 N·m (66 lb ft) preload with retainer flush with housing. Use at least three shims, assemble with thick shims next to spring.

9. Install plug (34), plug (33), and screen (32). Tighten screen (32) to a torque of 13 ± 3 N·m (115 ± 27 lb in). Repeat for opposite side.

10. Install the O-ring seals and housing (31). Repeat for opposite side.

11. Install plug assembly (30), bushing (29), bushing (28), spring (27), O-ring seal (26), backup rings and O-ring seals (25), body (24), valve (23), spring (22), washers (21), O-ring seal (20), retainer assembly (19), and nut (18). Tighten nut (18) to a torque of 50 ± 7 N·m (37 ± 5 lb ft). To adjust relief valve setting loosen nut (18) reposition retainer (19) and retighten nut (18) to a torque of 50 ± 7 N·m (37 ± 5 lb ft).

12. Install valve (17). Tighten valve (17) to a torque of 145 ± 10 N·m (107 ± 7 lb ft)

    Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury. To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.

16. Install spring (12), valve (11), valve (10), spring (9), washers (8), the O-ring seals, and sleeve (7).

19. Install the backup rings and O-ring seals (4), coil assembly (3), and nut (2). Tighten nut (2) to a torque of 20 ± 3 N·m (177 ± 27 lb in).
