Removal Procedure

1. Remove bolts (1) and panel assembly (2) .

2. Disconnect harness assembly (3) .

3. Remove nut (5), the washer, coil assembly (6), and cartridge assembly (4). Remove the O-ring seals from cartridge assembly (4) .

Installation Procedure

1. Install the solenoid valve (ARD Main Fuel) in the reverse order of removal.

   1. Tighten cartridge assembly (4) to a torque of 50 ± 5 N·m (37 ± 4 lb ft).

   2. Tighten nut (5) to a torque of 20 ± 3 N·m (177 ± 27 lb in).

   3. Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 15 ± 3 N·m (133 ± 27 lb in).
