Removal Procedure

1. Remove bolts (1) and panel assembly (2) .

2. Disconnect harness assemblies (3) and (7) .

3. Disconnect hose assemblies (5) and (6) .

4. Remove bolts (8) and fuel manifold (ARD) (4)

5. Remove connector assembly (10), adapter assembly (14), and adapter assembly (15) .

6. Remove nuts (11), the washers, coil assemblies (13), and cartridge assemblies (9). Remove the O-ring seals form cartridge assemblies (9) .

7. Remove pressure sensors (12) .

Installation Procedure

1. Install fuel manifold (ARD) (4) in the reverse order of removal.

   1. Tighten adapter assemblies (14) and (15) to a torque of 17 ± 2 N·m (150 ± 18 lb in).

   2. Tighten pressure sensors (12) to a torque of 30 ± 3 N·m (22 ± 2 lb ft).

   3. Tighten cartridge assemblies (9) to a torque of 50 ± 5 N·m (37 ± 4 lb ft).

   4. Tighten nuts (11) to a torque of 20 ± 3 N·m (177 ± 27 lb in).

   5. Tighten connector assembly (10) to a torque of 30 ± 3 N·m (22 ± 2 lb ft).

   6. Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 15 ± 3 N·m (133 ± 27 lb in).
