Description of Change: The new coolant tube has improved routing that prevents contact with the right-hand side engine enclosure door latch.

Adaptable To:

The new 361-2148 Tube is adaptable to the machines RJG1-2586.

The new 361-2148 Tube is effective in production with the machines RJG2587-UP.

Use the following procedure to replace the coolant tube:

1. Remove the brackets (2), (3) and (4). Save the bracket (2) and the mounting hardware. Discard the brackets (3) and (4) .

2. Remove the hose clamps (6) and hose (5). Save the hose clamps (6) and discard the hose (5).

3. Remove the existing tube (1) and discard the part.

4. Assemble the new tube (7) with the parts that are in Table 1 and the parts that were saved in Step 1 and Step 2. Refer to Illustration 2 for the parts and the locations.

   Note: The new hose (12) length should be 97 cm (38.2 inch) long. The new hose is 3 cm (1.2 inch) longer than the former hose (5) .
