Power Train Oil Cooler - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the front center bottom guard.
- Remove the right engine side guard.
- Drain the coolant from the cooling system into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System (ELC) Coolant - Change" for the correct procedure.
- Disconnect tube assemblies (3). Disconnect harness assembly (1). Remove bolts (2) .

- Disconnect two bolts (5). Use two people in order to remove power train oil cooler (4). The weight of power train oil cooler (4) is approximately 39 kg (86 lb).

Installation Procedure
- Install power train oil cooler (4) in reverse order of removal.
