Description of Change: A new factory setting for the Hibernate Mode is now used on Medium Wheel Loaders.. The Hibernate Mode is part of the Engine Idle Management System (EIMS). The new setting from the factory has been changed from 600 rpm to 700 rpm. The new setting eliminates excessive noise in the hydraulic circuit of the fan and brake that was observed on certain machines. The factory setting of 700 rpm can still be adjusted to as low as 600 rpm using Electronic Technician.
