Maximum opening pressure of flow control valve ... 1400 kPa (200 psi)

(1) Place the stem in a downward position when you clean the steering control valve or when you paint the steering control valve. This will protect the stem from paint and debris around the sealing lip.

(2) 4J-8224 Shim thickness ... 0.25 mm (0.010 inch)

(3) 5J-4776 Shim thickness ... 0.13 mm (0.005 inch)

Note: As required, use shims (2) and (3) to balance cylinder pressure and cylinder flow to each steering cylinder.
