Cooling System Package (Radiator, Fan, Aftercooler, Oil Cooler) - Install
Installation Procedure
- Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cooling system package (33) . The weight of cooling system package (33) is approximately 283 kg (625 lb).

- Use the suitable lifting device in order to install cooling system package (33) . Install bolts (34) to each side of cooling package (33) .
- Connect harness assembly (32) .

- Slide hose (29) off tube (31) into position. Tighten clamps (30) .

Note: Install ATAAC tube (31) so that a minimum of 10 mm (0.39 inch) is maintained between the ATAAC tube (31) and the washer for the left rear engine mount.
- Connect clip (28) .

- Connect clip (26) and hose (27) .

- Install oil filler cap (23) . Pull grommets (24) and (25) through the radiator shroud into position.

- Install bracket (22) .

- Pull hose (21) through the radiator shroud. Connect hose (21) to the bottom of the expansion tank.

- Connect clips (19) and (20) .

- Connect hose assemblies (17) and (18) .

- Slide hose (15) off tube (13) into position. Tighten clamps (14) and (16) .

- Slide hose (11) off tube (9) into position. Tighten clamps (10) and (12) .

- Connect hose assembly (8) .

- Connect hose assemblies (6) and (7) to the fuel cooler.

- Position refrigerant condenser (5) and install bolts (4) .

- Engage latch (3) .
