Radiator Core - Remove and Install
Start By:
- Remove the radiator top tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Top Tank - Remove and Install".
- Remove top seal assembly (1) for the radiator from radiator core assemblies (2).

Illustration 3 g01230570 - Remove radiator seals (3) from bottom seal assembly (4) for the radiator. Repeat for top seal assembly (1) for the radiator.

- Install radiator seals (3) into bottom seal assembly (4) for the radiator. Repeat for top seal assembly (1) for the radiator.
