(A) Outer diameter of a new piston over two lands ... 139.20 ± 0.05 mm (5.480 ± 0.002 inch)

(B) Bore in a new head over four lands ... 63.78 ± 0.03 mm (2.511 ± 0.001 inch)

(C) Bore in a new cylinder assembly ... 139.75 ± 0.10 mm (5.502 ± 0.004 inch)

(D) Outer diameter of a new rod ... 63.45 ± 0.038 mm (2.498 ± 0.002 inch)

(1) Tighten the head bolts when the rod is fully extended.

(2) Lubricate the nut and tighten the nut to a torque of 2700 ± 270 N·m (2000 ± 200 lb ft).

(3) Lubricate the sealing lips with the lubricant that is being sealed.

(4) Apply 7M-7456 Bearing Mount Compound to the wiper seal groove prior to assembly.
