Pressurized air can cause personal injury. The air supply lines are pressurized to 830 kPa (120 psi). Purge the air from the system before performing any maintenance to the air system. |

Note: Put identification marks on all hoses, on all hose assemblies, on all wires, and on all tube assemblies for installation purposes. Plug all hose assemblies and all tube assemblies. This helps to prevent fluid loss, and this helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.
- Block the tractor wheels on each side with Tooling (A) .

- Open valves (1) in order to purge the air from the air tanks.

- Disconnect hose assemblies (2) .

- Remove bolt (3). Remove bolts (5). Remove relay valve (4) .

- Position relay valve (4). Install bolt (3) and bolts (5).
