(A) Lubricate the lips of the seals and four internal lands with SAE 30 oil.
(1) Apply 4C-4032 Bearing Mount Compound to the groove of the seal before assembly.
(2) Bore of cylinder ... 139.7 mm (5.50 inch)
(3) Lubricate the threads with SAE 30 oil. Torque for bolt ... 3400 ± 340 N·m (2500 ± 250 lb ft)
(4) Diameter of rod ... 63.5 mm (2.50 inch)
(5) Torque for three bolts ... 370 ± 50 N·m (270 ± 40 lb ft)
(6) Critical dimensions
- Stroke ... 330.2 mm (13.0 inch)
- Distance from pin to pin on fully retracted 203-0820 Angle Cylinder ... 819.15 mm (32.25 inch)
