Use the manual tightening sequence that is shown in Illustration 1.

1. In the numerical sequence, hand tighten all the bolts until all the bolts contact the base.

2. In the numerical sequence, tighten the bolts to 21 ± 7 N·m (15 ± 5 lb ft).

3. In the numerical sequence, again tighten the bolts to 28 ± 7 N·m (21 ± 5 lb ft).
