Gear Pump (Pilot, Brake) - Disassemble
Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the gear pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gear Pump (Pilot, Brake) - Remove".
- Remove two plugs (9). Check the condition of the O-ring seals on the two plugs. If the seals are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

- Remove relief valve (7) .
- Remove snap ring (1) .
- Remove four bolts (8) .
- Disassemble cover (6), two gear assemblies (5), four dowels (4) and the seals (10) from flange (3) .
- Remove seal (2) from flange (3) .
