Install the sensor into the case until the sensor contacts a gear tooth. Back off the sensor from the gear tooth by a half turn. This will set the correct clearance between the sensor and the gear tooth. Tighten the locknut.
(1) Torque for final installation of the nut ... 25 ± 5 N·m (18 ± 4 lb ft)
Temperature range ... -40 to 120 °C (-40 to 250 °F)
Operating resistance ... 110 to 200 Ohms
