行驶马达可拆分为以下三个总成:

  • 旋转总成由以下部件构成: 驱动轴 (9) , 钢球导向装置 (11) , 滑靴 (12) , 挡圈 (13) , 活塞 (14) , 柱塞缸 (15) 和 弹簧组 (2) 。

  • 停车制动器总成由以下部件构成: 分隔板 (16) , 摩擦板 (17) , 制动器活塞 (18) , 弹簧 (21) , 板 (22), 销 ( 23), 螺塞 (24) 和 减压阀 (33) 。

  • 油量切换阀由以下部件构成: 梭阀 (7) , 活塞 (2) 和 油量切换阀 (27) 。

泵油流量取决于行驶方向。 泵油通过孔口 (25) 或孔口 ( 26) 流入行驶马达。 泵油受力,经过孔口 ( 25) 或 (26) 流出行驶马达。 泄漏出的箱体排油通过盖 ( 5) 的排油口 (32) 流回油箱。

向前行驶期间,从引导轮泵流出的供油通过孔口 ( 26) 流入左行驶马达。 机油从孔口 (26) 流经盖 ( 5) 油道 (8)。 然后,机油流过配流盘 ( 4) 的油道 (20) 。 然后,油流过柱塞缸 ( 15) 的油道 (19)。 机油推动活塞 (14) 向左侧运动。

滑靴 (12) 连接在活塞上。 滑靴 (12) 和活塞在旋转斜盘 ( 10) 表面上从上止点滑到下止点。 滑靴 (12) 和活塞随着柱塞缸 ( 15) 旋转。 活塞迫使油从马达油道出口侧流出。 油流经配流盘 (4) 的油道 ( 35) 油道 (36)。 然后,油流经孔口 ( 25)。 套筒逆时针转动。

轴 (9) 通过花键连接到柱塞缸 ( 15)。 向前行驶时,轴和柱塞缸逆时针旋转。

向后行驶时,孔口 ( 26) 起到回油孔口的作用。 而孔口 (25) 起到供油孔口的作用。 左行驶马达顺时针旋转。

泵油通过孔口 (25) 使右行驶马达顺时针转动以向前行驶。 泵油通过孔口 (26) 使右行驶马达逆时针转动以向后行驶。
