Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device in order to position heat exchanger (8) on the side of the engine. The weight of heat exchanger (8) is approximately 51 kg (112 lb). Install bolts (10) .

- Install bolts (9) .

- Connect hoses (5) , (6) , and (7) .

- Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".
End By: Install the transmission oil cooler and the auxiliary oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Oil Cooler (Transmission, Auxiliary) - Remove and Install".
