(2) 垫片
垫片 (2) 为模压形式。 为了防止流体泄漏，在安装垫片时，使模压到垫片表面内的密封唇面向侧盖 (5) 。
(3) 必须在位置 (X) 安装六个套管。
(4) 盖组件
利用溶剂清洗端盖表面。 在端盖的垫片表面上涂抹 1U-8846 液态垫片 。 使密封胶沿端盖表面和螺栓孔四周均匀分布。 端盖必须在 10 分钟内安装和上紧。
(5) 必须在位置 (Y) 安装八个隔套。 某些场合采用十二个隔套。 如果您采用十二个隔套，沿每个侧盖底排螺栓安装隔套。

安装数字顺序将螺栓（每个端盖上的 1 到 8）依次上紧到以下扭矩。 ... 28 ± 7 N·m (21 ± 5 lb ft)
