ECM 检测到下述情况时：
- 车速信号指出车速为 0 MPH。
- 理想的发动机转速高于编程的 "VSL Protection（VSL 保护）"。
- "VSL Protection（VSL 保护）"参数编程为低于 2120 rpm 的数值。
系统响应:
ECM 将发动机转速限定到编程的 "VSL Protection（VSL 保护）"。 如果 ECM 正提供车速表信号，则车速表将显示 0 rpm。 电子维修工具在 "Vehicle Speed（车速）"状态旁显示 "DIAG"。
