ACTION REQUIRED
A failed implement pump should be examined for evidence of aeration or cavitation. For implement pump cartridge(s), this would include rippling of the cam ring or smearing of the pressure plates. Other failure modes include cracking of the rotor within the cam ring. After completing hardware installation, proper priming of the replaced pump should be performed. Additionally, do not run the machine up to high idle relief settings until confidant that complete fill and air removal has occurred in the hydraulic system.
See the attached Rework Procedure.

PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.Attach. (1-Rework Procedure)
Rework Procedure
After completing hardware installation, proper priming of the replaced pump should be performed. Additionally, do not run the machine up to high idle relief settings until confidant that complete fill and air removal has occurred in the hydraulic system.
- Remove and discard the implement pump and fan pump stack from the machine. Please reference SENR5885 Disassembly and Assembly instructions for pump removal.
- Remove and replace the corresponding suction line parts (fan inlet tube assembly, implement inlet tube assembly), pump outlet lines and fan pump drain line. Reference Illustration 1 for routing. Use new hardware as provided.
- Assemble the new pump stack consisting of 1910135 Implement pump and 1966852 Fan Pump as shown in Illustration 2.
- Install the pump stack assembly into the machine. NOTE: The torque for the hose and suction lines to the fan pump is critical and should not be over tightened, pump distortion is possible if any connection to the fan pump is over tightened. Install fan pump fittings with 50 +/- 10 N.m (37 +/- 7.4 ft-lbs.).
- Refill the hydraulic tank to the full mark on level ground and check for leaks.
