Bearings Available For Repair Of Bulldozer Push Arm Connectors{6060,6061}

Usage:

D7H, D8N, D9N, D10N, D11N Tractors

Normal wear can cause the pin bores to wallow out in the connectors between the push arms and bulldozer blade. See Illustrations 1 and 2. Bearings are available to repair these pin bores. Chart A provides the required part number and dimension information for installing the bearings in the connectors. Chart B provides bearing information for push arms and dozer brackets.

Illustration 2. Locations where bearings can be installed to repair worn bores in connectors.

D11N, D10N, and D9N Tractors already have replaceable bearings in the push arm and dozer brackets. The pins that go through the connectors also go through these bearings.

D8N Tractor push arm brackets also have bearings, but the dozer brackets do not. They can be modified to accept bearings as shown in Illustrations 3 and 4.

Illustration 3. Dimension for bore to accept 3G9598 Bearings in dozer brackets on earlier D8N Tractors.

Illustration 4. Dimension for bore to accept 3G9598 Bearings in dozer brackets on current D8N Tractors.

D7H Tractors have bearings in the dozer brackets, but the push arm brackets do not. They can be modified to accept bearings as shown in Illustration 5.
