Improved quick coupler inspection intervals and maintenance procedures have been released in the coupler Operation and Maintenance Manual. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU8471-13.

Following these procedures can improve coupler life and minimize unplanned downtime. Inspect the frame welds for cracks every 6 months or 1000 hours and repair according to the welds called out in the Operation and Maintenance Manual.
